BELSAAN specializes in custom-made apparel, clothing, leather products, racing suits, motorcycle suits, costumes, jackets, sportswear, accessories and performance apparel.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies published on our website.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

BELSAAN reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Custom Manufacturing

BELSAAN primarily operates on a made-to-order basis.

Products are manufactured after an order is placed and are prepared according to the customer’s selected requirements, including:

• Measurements and sizing.
• Colours and materials.
• Designs, graphics and embroidery.
• Personalization and customization.
• Other specifications agreed upon during the ordering process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their measurements, design selections and customization details before confirming an order.

Production normally takes approximately 7–10 business days after order confirmation. Actual production time may vary depending on product complexity and customization requirements.

Product images and digital mockups are provided to illustrate the intended design. Minor variations in colour, material texture and manufacturing details may occur.

4. Pricing and Payments

All applicable product prices and shipping charges will be displayed during the ordering process.

BELSAAN accepts debit and credit card payments through Safepay.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and verification.

An order may be delayed or declined if payment authorization fails, payment details cannot be verified or a suspected fraudulent transaction is identified.

BELSAAN does not intend to store customers’ complete card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

BELSAAN offers international shipping, subject to courier availability and destination restrictions.

Customers may select from the following shipping options:

A. Express Shipping

• Estimated transit time: 3–4 days after dispatch.
• Applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customs charges depend on the destination country’s regulations.

B. Standard Shipping – Duty Paid

• Estimated transit time: 10–15 days after dispatch.
• BELSAAN covers applicable customs duties and import charges under this shipping option.
• Customers should not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier operations, customs inspections, weather, destination restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

BELSAAN maintains a separate Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible standard products may qualify for return requests within 15 days of delivery, subject to the published eligibility requirements.

Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for discretionary returns or refunds, except for valid claims involving defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

Customers should review the complete Return, Refund & Exchange Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.

Once an order enters production, customization or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved eligible cancellations made before processing begins will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original BELSAAN branding, product photographs, graphics, text, designs and other materials created or owned by BELSAAN, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

Customer-provided designs and third-party intellectual property remain subject to the respective owners’ rights.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that designs or materials they provide are authorized for use.

9. Customer Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

Customers agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt fraudulent transactions.
• Interfere with website functionality or security.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Misuse our website or customer support services.

BELSAAN reserves the right to restrict access where misuse or unlawful activity is identified.

10. Order Acceptance and Refusal

BELSAAN reserves the right to review and decline an order where necessary, including circumstances involving:

BELSAAN will take reasonable care in manufacturing and delivering products according to confirmed order specifications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BELSAAN shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protection rights.

12. Complaints and Customer Support

Customers experiencing an issue with an order, payment, product or delivery may contact our support team.

We aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours.

We will review complaints fairly, request supporting information where necessary and communicate the proposed resolution and expected timeframe.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws and other legal requirements.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
