1. Cancellation Timeframe

Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within this period.

2. Orders Entering Production

Since BELSAAN manufactures products according to individual customer requirements, orders may enter production, customization or processing shortly after confirmation.

Once an order has entered production, customization or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by BELSAAN.

Requests submitted within the 12-hour cancellation window are eligible for consideration, provided processing has not already begun.

Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours may be declined.

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If an eligible cancellation is approved before processing begins, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The refund will be subject to applicable payment provider and banking processing times.

5. How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request cancellation:

1. Contact BELSAAN customer support within 12 hours of placing your order.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
4. Wait for our team to review your request and confirm its status.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that it has been approved.
